Every item in our shop is handcrafted with care and creativity. Because our pieces are handmade, no two items will ever be exactly alike. Small variations in color, texture, shape, and finish are part of the unique character of handmade art.
Exchanges - No Refunds
Red Hourglass Creations offers exchanges only. We do not offer refunds or cash/credit reimbursement.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or need a different item, you may request an exchange within 14 business days of delivery.
To be eligible of an exchange:
*. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
*. The item must be returned in its original packaging, when applicable.
*. You must contact Red Hourglass Creations before sending an item back.
*. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully package our creations, but occasionally damage can occur during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong time, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographs of the item and its packaging so we can determine the best way to resolve the issue.
If the damage occurred before or during shipment, Red Hourglass Creations will work with you to arrange an exchange or replacement, subject to availability.
Privacy & Safety
When you place an order or contact Red Hourglass Creations, we may receive information such as your name, shipping address, email address, phone number or order information.
We use this information only as needed to:
* process and fulfill your orders.
* Ship your purchases.
* Communicate with you about your order.
* Respond to questions or customer service requests
* Maintain appropriate business and transaction records.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Payment information is processed through the payment services used by our online store. Red Hourglass Creations does not intentionally collect or store your completed credit or debit card information.
We take responsible steps to protect customer information. However, no online service or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
